Overview of Threads

Threads can be added to your Board as a Branded Feed. This lets you pull in content from your connected Threads account so it can be moderated and displayed on your Board.

How to add a Threads Branded Feed

To get your Branded content into the platform from Threads, you can add a Threads Branded Feed. To do this:

1. Go to your Board
2. Click on the Threads icon under the Content Panel
3. Click on Branded Feed
4. Click on Next
5. Click on Select Account
6. Click on Add Account if you do not have an account added. If you already have an account connected, you will find it in the dropdown box
7. Adding your account will take you to Threads to authorize. It may ask you to log in, read the instructions, and click Continue to grant authorization. Once done, this will add the account back into the platform
8. Click on your account to select it
9. Click Add Social Feed to add the Branded Feed to your Board

How to edit the label on a Threads feed

1. Go to your Boards
2. Go to your Board
3. Click on the Settings cog
4. Click on Edit Name
5. The box will become editable. Type in your new label and click the blue checkmark to confirm, or click the X if you do not want to continue
6. The feed will update to the new label

How to delete a Threads feed

1. Go to the feed you would like to delete
2. Click on the Settings cog
3. Click on Remove Feed
4. A pop-up notification will appear with: "Are you sure? All content on this social feed will be deleted and cannot be recovered. Re-adding the exact feed will not recover these posts." You will be presented with two buttons: No, Keep Feed or Yes, Delete Feed
5. Click on Yes, Delete Feed and the feed should disappear from view, with all content deleted
