How to clear your browser cache and cookies

Your browser stores temporary data (called cache) and small files (called cookies) to help websites load faster and remember your preferences. However, over time, this stored data can become outdated or conflict with new updates, especially after login changes or permissions updates on the platform.

Clearing your cache and cookies forces your browser to load the most recent version of the site and picks up a clean connection.
